Another Conservative Hero

In 2012 it was Herman Cain, then Rick Perry, then Newt Gingrich, then Rick Santorum — any non-Ron Paul candidate would do for the alleged conservatives. Not one of them would have changed a thing, which is how conservatives must like it.

Now it’s Marco Rubio and Chris Christie. I’ve discussed Rubio a bit in the past, but now we have Christie’s new budget out of New Jersey: expansion of Medicaid, and an increase in aid to schools, where so many results have been evident from previous increases. (I am being sarcastic about that last part.)

Unlearn the Propaganda!

A lot of Republicans have egg on their face. They keep trotting out so-called Conservatives only to have them exposed as liberals. I keep saying just let the GOP fall into the trash bin of history with the Whigs.

A very good case could be made for New Jersey being a “purple” state.

Many of those “conservatives” gave up on Christie when he got too cozy with the president after the storms last fall. Arguably this was one of the least objectionable things he’s done — that I’ve seen — and reveals how shallow their thinking runs.

I’m from New Jersey. Like most states, we haven’t had one governor throughout my lifetime who didn’t leave it worse off than the preceding governor. The state has become a garbage can. Chris Christie is no exception. Mark Zuckerberg wasted 100 million on charity to Newark public schools, which should be left to die, as all public schools should. It’s sad that the private sector is not putting up a greater fight to state encroachment; it continues to partner with it at the expense of all of us.

Public and so-called private schools= corporate-drone training and disingenuous “lifelong learning for lifelong labor.”
