When you brought up your falling prices example I would include the technology industry to illustrate falling prices through the free market. As an IT manager I see this all the time.

-Prices industry wide drop continually and somewhat predictably.
-Some people do hold back and delay their purchases because prices can drop rapidly and technology can change rapidly. But they do jump into the market quickly, usually within a few months. So this has a very minimal effect on the industry. If constant improvement and price deflation within the tech sector was destructive then we would not see such consistent rapid innovation coupled with falling prices.

So glad to hear. I like listening to Schiff but when you are on I find you a far superior interviewer and do not talk over guests. You are humble and exceptionally intelligent. Schiff can learn much from you in how to carry himself in a more professional manner
