Tremendous! Quite the enjoyable hour I spent watching and listening. “It is light that brings forth the eye.” While watching Leonard I relived [in my mind] an enjoyable moment a year ago passing fire at an Ojibway ceremony in northern Wisconsin. Leonard nailed the spiritual dynamics of “Lord, make me a channel of thy peace” [St.Francis] as he analyzed the hydraulics of a pipe through a dam. He’s my kinda teacher. Alas, Leonard departed thirty years ago. Not to fret as we now have Tom. I’m grateful. Tom’s flame is strong and appears to be of similar fire.
I enjoyed Leonard’s emphasis on growth. Sometimes we meet very bright people. Some of those seem to have been born that way or have at least been that way for so long that they can’t remember how they got to be so bright. We can and do learn from those as such, but we learn more from those in which we see the growth. We approach them to hear the story of how they grew to be so bright for we know it is fresh in their minds. It is that story of enlightenment in which we believe, in which we are kindled.

Wow. I’m seriously impressed with myself. I discovered this before you did! I’ve been linking to it for a few years now.

Having said that I expect you might possibly have a tiny bit larger audience.
