I’ll Be in Chicago

I actually booked a flight to Chicago so I can see Ian Anderson perform Thick as a Brick 1 & 2 at the Chicago Theatre on November 2 at 8pm. I have such a one-track mind, though, that I am thinking: “Could I find a venue nearby and do a speaking event until about 7 or 7:30, and then go to the concert?”

    If you do plan on speaking, then I would suggest you check out the United Center, Wrigley Field or U.S. Cellular Field. Also, in the Chicago suburbs, First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre in Tinley Park is a great place to speak. It’s obvious you’ll need a larger sports and music venue, but this is the best we have in Chicago. :/
