Jesse Jackson: Semi-Automatic Weapons Can Blow Up Railroads

Jesse “You’re a ‘Racist’ if You Disagree With Me” Jackson is warning about semi-automatic weapons: “You know that these weapons can shoot down airplanes, they can blow up railroads. This is really a whole national security issue.” Here’s an evaluation of this claim.

Unlearn the Propaganda!

Apparently Jesse’s Big Media handlers haven’t found out yet that no one cares what he thinks or says. He’s just a washed up old race hustler/poverty pimp with seriously messed up children (remember Jesse Juniors recent meltdown). The Rev. should just do us all a favor and retire to one of his estates where he can spend all of that money he extorted from corporate empty suits over the last 30 years. Maybe he could buy his mistress a new Bentley and a nice fur coat.

…and yet no airplanes have been shot down and no railroads blown up.

  • Michael Mills

Damn, which semi-automatic can do that, Jesse? I’d love to see a demo of that.

Intellectually, Jesse’s bringing a knife to a gunfight!

He’s probably blown it all already and is out looking for more.

  • JackofSpades

I tried this in Grand Theft Auto 3 and was unsuccessful. I doubt it would work better in real life.

Maybe the Reverend meant that someone could fire at the gas tank?

This is racialist racializing racing. Also, Rockefeller.

This is why I don’t watch television unless I’m with others who do. Jesse Jackson should be at a carnival, letting people throw rotten food and pies at his head. That is what the political class is worth, and that’s where their jobs skills match up.

  • Michael Mills

Did you try aiming for the rails? I think their the most explosive part

the emir of extortion opens his mouth and verifies his unlimited ignorance. it is time for this extortionist to simply disappear from public life. it is a good thing that people know him for what he is and now simply ignore him.

Guns can blow up trains? Well, I’ve heard it all now.

  • Anonymous

Didn’t mythbusters already explode this idea in regards to cars? Surely if you can’t blow up a car with a gun you can’t blow up a train?

I’m no fan of Jesse Jackson, but I am a fan of the truth and when I see something as stupid as this in a quote, I do my best to verify that the person actually said it.
—— QUOTES WITHOUT SOURCES ARE USUALLY MADE UP. ——–
The only source I can find for this quote is this website. I’m happy to have somebody find me the source quote though, because like I said, I’m not a fan of JJ’s.

Maybe if you were a good enough shot and the plane was small enough and close enough, it might work.
