Right now you can get my book The Politically Incorrect Guide to American History for a mere eight bucks. I felt it was my responsibility to tell you.

You can subscribe to The American Conservative magazine, where I’m a contributing editor (and in fact I have an article in the most recent issue), for an astonishing $10.

Then, too, there are Nullification and 33 Questions About American History You’re Not Supposed to Ask, each for about $10, and Rollback (on why pretty much everything should be abolished) for about $11.

Unlearn the Propaganda!

Hmph. Went to American Conservative and read a piece on why the GOP needs to pursue higher taxes on the wealthy because it would be “fair” and appeal to a wide swath of voters. I’m all for reading arguments that challenge my opinions, but that one fails on a whole bunch of levels – economic, ethical, definitional. Is the print magazine better? $10 isn’t a lot of money, but I’m picky about who I support with it.

Yes, I was appalled by that article.

Did TAC have some significant libertarian shift recently? In the top articles are ones by you, Murphy and Jack Hunter. Plus articles on libertarian success and Ron Paul. None of those names would’ve been on the top a few months ago it seems.
