My Interview with The Primal Blueprint’s Mark Sisson

I talked to Mark Sisson for the first time in December of last year. Here I am following up with him last week. Although the Primal Blueprint isn’t solely about weight loss, if you’re considering trying to lose weight by eating lettuce and lowfat this and that, you should listen to this. My December 2011 interview with Mark had a huge effect on listeners, whom I still hear from — they write to tell me how drastically their lives were changed by that one interview. That and more are available on my Primal page. And visit MarksDailyApple.com. But first, listen here:

This, Y’all IS the “Holy Grail” for losing weight!! I’ve been eating ‘Paleo” (a more strict version of eating ‘Primal’ but, the Libertarian in me says: ‘To each his/her own”) for about a year now and I am so happy with the results. Not only that but, I had a horrible case of GERD (i.e., gastroesophageal reflux disease for years) that made my life a ‘living hell’ day and night….Well, after I went Paleo IT WENT COMPLETELY AWAY!! I highly recommend going ‘Primal’ (that was my starting point…) ASAP! Mark Sisson, by way of his ‘Primal’ approach is doing so much for the individual by giving them the research and tools to dramatically change their health (like me!) and lives! GO MARK!!!

Great interview between two great people. Cant recommend the primal/paleo lifestyle enough. This is coming from someone who’s been living it for 3 years and who’s THRIVING :-)

10 months Primal now, and have reversed 90% of my diabetes, A1C started at 16, now at 5. Lost weight – 286 lbs. to 250 lbs. Boundless energy, improved health and reduced sick time. I’m only adhering to 80% (sometimes more). Grok on Mark!

Paleo/Primal since June and my life hasn’t been better. Lot of health problems just disappeared after quitting grain and sugar! Thank you Mark
