    How is it revenge to write a post on a blog where comparitively few would read it.  Mish might feel better but Sony is not noticeably hurt, and Mish won’t be reimbursed for his out of pocket costs nor the time wasted.

    The market is unlikely to change anything, nor will justice be done any other way though small claims / common pleas is often effective.  They will assess costs and usually require someone to appear.

    What does “Comparatively Few” Mean?
    My blog got 2,210,000 page hits in November
    Probably going to get around 1.9 million hits this month.
    It figures to cost them some sales, and more importantly it contains a message about finding a good local technician and having backups.
    It was a multi-purpose post.
