If we are the sovereigns, the we should be able to declare nullification on an individual basis of the government's unauthorized restricting and suspension of our inalienable rights. How would we? & Who would back us up or enforce our Right to nullify?

I'm a Southerner living up north. I will back up Joshua and say that they are fond of government here. No doubt about it. On the issue of nullification, it is part of the checks and balances that should rightfully exist in a Republican form of government. Without States rights there is simply The State. Without States rights then the States are really just colonies and the people just serfs. I will take it one step further and suggest secession which should not be used for light and transient causes, preserves states rights as well. Remember that the New England threatened secession before the south did. When two people get married, they take a vow to stay together "till death do us part." I've never read of any state taking such a vow to D.C. If only we took marriage vows as seriously as the notion of a perpetual political union how much better shape our country would be in. However, I still believe in America as a whole. Vote Ron Paul and restore INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY!!!!!
